We offer the opportunity to view all available samples either at our production facility or on-site during the measurement process, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the chosen materials.

To protect the interests of our customers and those of our own, both parties sign a contract before we begin working on the order. Before launching into production, a sketch of the furniture is agreed upon. Additionally, each client is requested to pay a 50% advance when signing the contract.

There is a 2-year warranty on the furniture we manufacture. The guarantee certificate is issued together with the work completion certificate on the day of furniture installation. We also provide instructions for furniture care.

The average turnaround time of an order is 30-45 calendar days. The exact delivery time is outlined in each contract individually and it depends on various factors. High-demand periods, such as public holidays, or intricate projects with non-standard materials may extend the delivery. However, we deliver the order as soon as possible, also prior to the agreed delivery time.
